DescriptionThis web application enables agents of payment network,
which is based on the Digital Banking Platform, an
opportunity to manage their network of acceptance points.
Using Agent Portal, agent can obtain detailed information
about each acceptance point, find any payment executed
in its network, find out the status of payment, redirect
executed payment to the account of another service, check
account’s status and get the opportunity to remotely
manage the acceptance points. Agent Portal operates as
front office for an agent when interacting with the payment
NewsAdministrator of the portal has the ability to publish news
for users (agents and subagents). It can be convenient if
you need immediately notify agents about updating the
rules in payment system or changing tariffs, stop/continue
accepting payments to service providers, adding new
providers and so on.
Support LineThe functionality of the Agent Portal allows supporting
subagent scheme with unlimited hierarchy levels. Using
the application agent can create unlimited number of
subagents. The subagents then can also create their
subagents and so on. Subagents in Agent Portal can add
their own payment acceptance points, manage the points,
specify fees and perform other relevant actions. Subagents
can accept payments within the deposit limits, which is
set by higher-level agent.
PaymentEach agent or subagent has its own network of payment
acceptance points. The Agent Portal allows you to
register new acceptance points or block the existing ones
with no need to visit the payment system office. The point
types can vary: cash desks, web cash desks, mobile
applications (DealerPayPoint) or gateway-type points
(which are integrated by a protocol). Depending on the
point type, Agent Portal provides different functions for
managing the point network.
FeesThe Agent Portal allows you to flexibly manage the fees charged
when a customer makes a payment. Fee profile can be configured
for payment acceptance points, for service providers and in
context of other parameters. The subagent’s fee is charged
additionally to the payment system’s and superior agent’ fees.
RestrictionsAgent Portal considers the restrictions imposed by the payment
system rules for accepting payments in favor of a particular
service provider. The restrictions can relate to fees, for example,
if the contract with service provider limits maximal fee a
customer can be charged. Besides, in order to prevent fraud
activities, the limitation of number of the accepted payments
for a certain time range can be set.
Managing Agents and subagents have the ability to manage payments
accepted within their points network. Using the Agent Portal,
employees can view information about accepted payments,
redirect unsuccessfully processed payments, recall erroneous
payments, create new payments from the Agent Portal
(if have sufficient rights) and perform other necessary actions.
Managing Each agent or subagent has an account in the payment system.
Using the Agent Portal, it is possible to monitor the account
status, view the account statement, make transfers between
the accounts (for example, replenish the subagent account),
control charging of fees for accepting payments.
ManagingIn Agent Portal you can manage rights of agents’ and subagents’
users. On registration an agent gets the user account with
administrative rights. Further, the registered agent can create
new users and assign them a relevant set of rights, for example,
managing technical support payments or tracking the account
